This page states Azari Holdings’ public policy position. Applicable law, contracts, regulatory requirements and more specific subsidiary procedures may impose additional or stricter requirements.
Our approach
The site is designed around semantic structure, visible focus, keyboard access, readable contrast, scalable text, descriptive links and layouts that adapt from narrow phones to large screens. The rebuild targets a strong WCAG 2.2 AA baseline where practical.
Accessibility is an ongoing quality responsibility. A standards target does not mean every visitor, browser or assistive technology will encounter an identical experience.
Text, headings and links
Pages use one primary heading, ordered section headings and concise link labels intended to make document structure understandable without relying on visual position alone. Body copy is set at a readable size and can reflow as the viewport narrows.
Long policy pages include an on-page contents list to make substantial documents easier to navigate.
Images and motion
Meaningful editorial images should carry factual alternative text that describes visible subject matter without implying that stock imagery depicts an Azari-owned asset, employee or project. Decorative images may use empty alternative text.
Motion is restrained and reduced when a visitor’s device signals a reduced-motion preference. Essential information should not depend on animation.
Known limitations
Third-party content, external websites and older downloaded documents may not meet the same accessibility standard as this website. If an inaccessible third-party resource is material to an Azari process, an alternative should be considered where reasonably possible.
Because the asset library and content estate evolve, accessibility regressions can occur. They should be treated as defects and corrected when identified.
