This page states Azari Holdings’ public policy position. Applicable law, contracts, regulatory requirements and more specific subsidiary procedures may impose additional or stricter requirements.
Azari material
Unless otherwise stated, original website copy, design systems, software, graphics and other Azari-created material are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights owned or controlled by the relevant Azari entity.
The Azari name, logos and associated brand identifiers may also be protected as trade marks, business names or other proprietary signs whether or not a registration symbol appears on the page.
Permitted personal use
You may view, download for ordinary browser use, print reasonable extracts for personal or internal reference and link to public pages in a way that is fair and does not misrepresent the source.
Permission for ordinary use does not transfer ownership or grant a right to create a competing brand, sell copies or present Azari material as your own.
Restricted uses
Do not reproduce substantial parts of the site commercially, remove attribution or rights notices, use Azari marks to imply approval, create misleading derivative material or republish the content as a substitute website without permission.
Automated access that materially disrupts service, circumvents controls or is used to train deceptive impersonation systems may also be restricted under the Terms of Use and applicable law.
Third-party rights
Some photographs, fonts, software components or referenced material may be owned by third parties and used under licence or another permitted basis. Azari cannot grant rights that belong to another owner.
Where attribution or a source record is required, the relevant asset documentation should be preserved even if it is not displayed prominently in the public layout.
Trade marks and brand integrity
Use of an Azari name or logo in reporting, commentary or an accurate link should not be presented in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, employment or endorsement when none exists.
Requests for commercial brand use should identify the proposed material, audience, context and duration so that the relevant rights can be assessed.
Rights concerns
If you believe material on the website infringes your copyright or other rights, contact hello@azariholdings.com with enough information to identify the work, the disputed material, your relationship to the rights and the action you are requesting.
Azari Holdings may seek additional evidence before removing or restricting material where ownership or permitted use is unclear.
