Public document

This page states Azari Holdings’ public policy position. Applicable law, contracts, regulatory requirements and more specific subsidiary procedures may impose additional or stricter requirements.

Law and ethical conduct

Suppliers should comply with laws that apply to their work and should not engage in bribery, fraud, collusion, falsified records or deliberate evasion of contractual obligations.

A supplier should disclose material conflicts or ownership information where it is reasonably required for diligence.

People, labour and safety

Suppliers should not use forced labour, trafficking or unlawful child labour and should provide lawful working conditions. Work should be organised with health and safety controls appropriate to the activity.

Harassment, abuse and retaliation against workers who raise genuine safety or rights concerns are inconsistent with these standards.

Information and security

Confidential, personal and commercially sensitive information should be protected and used only for the authorised purpose. System access should be limited, secured and removed when no longer needed.

Material security incidents affecting Azari information or services should be reported promptly through the contractual route.

Environmental conduct

Suppliers should comply with applicable environmental requirements and manage waste, hazardous materials, emissions and resource use in a manner appropriate to their activity.

Project-specific environmental requirements may be stricter than this public baseline.

Subcontractors

A supplier should not use subcontracting to conceal who performs material work or to avoid agreed standards. Where subcontractors are important to delivery, responsibilities should be clear and appropriate oversight maintained.

Azari may require disclosure or approval of critical subcontractors depending on the contract.

Diligence and corrective action

Relevant suppliers should cooperate with proportionate diligence, evidence requests and remediation where a material concern is identified.

Serious or persistent failure may lead to additional controls, suspension, remediation requirements or termination subject to the contract and circumstances.
